Sunday breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the week. I usually try to make it special every week and by special I mean hearty! This Sunday was no exception as I made Egg and Chips! I cook the eggs “over-medium” and they are served alongside baked fries and sausage. We go totally English on this every time and top it off with good old fashioned malt vinegar. Seriously, I love this breakfast. The egg yolks over the chips is so YUMMY!
Breakfast: Fried Egg, Chips, and Sausage (bought eggs this week, chips and sausage from stockpile)
Lunch: Leftover Red Beans over a Baked Potato with Stemmed Broccoli (bought this week)
Dinner: Weenie Spaghetti and Potato Salad (potatoes, hot dogs, and eggs bought this week; everything else from stock pile)
Snacks: Soy Joy Bars (AM snack – from stockpile) and Lindy’s Orange Italian Ice (PM snack – from stockpile)
