I have had a really bad headache since early this morning. Off and on it has been throbbing at various levels and I am really starting to wonder if it will ever go away. All day at work I suffered and tried not to focus on it. I did have a terrible night’s sleep night before last and have been quite tired ever since. I think the headache is a tired headache as I have not caught up on my sleep yet. I didn’t eat that much during the day and that is not helping either (only oatmeal and a salad). Eban and I have just eaten a nice pasta dish and I sure hope it helps this headache go away.
Will be going to bed early tonight, probably by 8:00. So don’t know one go calling me…lol…..
Take care you all and hope everyone is having a nice week. Ahhh, here comes Eban with a cup of lavender and chamomile tea.
UPDATE – UPDATE – UPDATE
I slept 12 hours last night (8-8) and that helped a lot. I woke up with the headache still, but it wasn’t as bad. Throughout the day it has slowly been getting better. Right now (7:45 pm) it’s still there but faint. It is no longer throbbing and now it is just a small constant dull pain. Hopefully it continues to go away and will be gone completely by the morning.
Thanks everyone for the ‘go away headache’ support and home remedy suggestions to cure a headache. Take care!

You light up our lives! Hope you have a fantastic birthday! I love you so much and can’t wait to see you again to give you a big hug. I just wanted to take a moment and say that you are truly the best Mother in the whole world. When I was growing up you always made me feel loved and welcomed. That was one of the best things you could have every given me. On this day and every day, I wish you all the happiness one can get!
Since you are out celebrating your birthday a day early at the Casino because of the typo on your license, thought I would do the same on my website and start your birthday celebration a little early. Hope you had a super time at the Casino. Don’t work too hard Monday on your real birthday! Take care and remember you get to do whatever you want!

I have been at the computer most of the day doing some research for a document I need to pull together. It’s amazing but the time has just melted away….It’s 6:15 in the evening however it feels like it was just a couple of hours ago when I had my morning coffee. Instead it’s been nine hours since my morning coffee not two….arrrggh! Geez, sometimes it sucks how the time just slips away when you are at the computer. Anyway, at least I got to talk with my Mom (all be it not long enough). Maybe I’ll try to call later. Hope you had a glorious time at church this morning Mama!
Oh wow! Pink Floyd Comfortably Numb just came on the internet radio! I’ve always loved Pink Floyd….wait…that’s not true. Let me rephrase that….I’ve loved Pink Floyd ever since Eban introduced me to the other music they created besides The Wall. They really are a timeless band. Their music moves me unlike any other music. It sometimes makes me cry it is so powerful and moving. I can remember a time in Colorado when I wanted to get a Pink Floyd tattoo. I’ve always wanted a colorful (with red or green) tattoo on my arm near my shoulder and thought that the wife from The Wall was perfect. She is the one below with the fiery red hair. I never got it for some unknown reason, but if I had I would still love it today….after all Pink Floyd is timeless in my book. I did end up getting my tattoo near my shoulder though, it’s a bright green tree frog.
Oh boy….David Gilmore’s guitar solo just kicked in…must give it my full attention (be back in a moment)…..Okay, I’m back. That was great! Haven’t listened to a Pink Floyd song in months. I almost called in Eban to hear it because I know he loves the solo. But he is having a “computer away day” so he is not even stepping foot in the studio. He has been being the true man that he is today. He’s been watching a Cricket game on sports tv and also worked out his body……..twice! He is seriously showing me up with the frequency and intensity of his workouts. Oh well…here’s to you Eban! Enjoy your day off the computer!
When I first began to write this post, I didn’t intend to write about Pink Floyd. I wanted to get my mind off of the business strategies swirling around in my head so I was going to post a cute photo Eban found for me on the web. Well, there is nothing wrong with two photos in one post, right? So, here it is…..aren’t they too cute for words?!! When I saw this photo it put such a huge smile on my face and I couldn’t think about nothing other than happy thoughts. I hope it does the same for you……
