Misc Me
It’s Christmas day and what a lovely day it is. The sun is shiny bright and it is cold outside. When we got up this morning, Eban was so cute. He was like a little boy….all he wanted to do was open his presents. Our morning cuddle was very short because of all the anticipation. As we got out of bed and walked down the hall towards the living room I myself started to fell a little like a kid again wondering what Santa had got for me. When I walked into the living room I noticed Eban had already got up earlier and put the Christmas tree lights on in excitement.
I sat on the sofa a little while waiting for Eban and then he appeared with each of us a mimosa and a small tray of assorted cheese and crackers. We toasted to a cheerful Christmas day and started to flip through my records looking for one of my Christmas albums to play. Then when we tried to play it, we realized my record player is not working…my prized record player which I use all the time is broken now somehow….I was and am still sad about this…but we toasted to a cheerful Christmas day right? So we turned MTV and VH1 on to listen to some Christmas music to open our presents to. We each had a few gifts to open and I must say Eban loved all of his and I loved all of mine.
This is what I got:
* A pink Swiss army Victorinox pocket tool set (with scissors, tweezers, nail file, toothpick and of course knife)
* A small slim lightweight mirror with cover for my purse
* A girls guide to everything book
* A bottle of Fahrenheit Eau De Toilette by Christian Dior
* Cute pink speakers for my portable CD player for use my chill out room
This is what I gave my darling husband:
* Sexy briefs and some new sport socks
* A new pair of jeans
* A blow up basketball pole with a blow up basket ball for playing inside
* 2 really cool ink pens called Yoropen
* The DaVinci Code and a couple of Narnia books
Right now, Eban is cleaning up the kitchen so that we can cook Christmas dinner later. I am supposed to be clearing up the gift wrap, etc in the living room but wanted to drop by a minute and tell you all about my morning. I do hope you all have a wonderful Christmas today!
