Today is Halloween and I want to have a little fun. First things first though, I am having my morning coffee….Yummmy…hot fresh coffee. While I am writing this, I am also listening to Eban’s Halloween show. I highly suggest you go listen to it as you will not regret it and probably be surprised by how entertaining and different the show is. Go ahead…you can do it you know…he won’t bite cha! Well, it is Halloween though…just be a little careful while listening to his show.
I will be making my annual pumpkin soup tonight for dinner. Last year I found a fantastic Thai style pumpkin soup recipe that I will be making again this year. Go to this link for the recipe if you would like to try it out too. Yet again, another thing I am highly suggesting you do today as you will not regret it and probably be surprised at how tasty it is. Come on now, you can do it you know….it won’t bite cha! Well, since it is Halloween though…just be a little careful while carving the pumpkin for your soup.
Hmmm….what am I doing today? I need to go to the store and get all my ingredients for the pumpkin soup. Also need to go to Worthing today to pick up a few things. When we come back from Worthing, maybe Eban and I will have an afternoon drink at a brand new wine bar in town that we have been wanting to try out. I can’t even hardly believe it, but it is a completely non-s establishment! So we may go check it out this afternoon, that sounds like a little fun. Tonight, after the pumpkin soup if we dare…we will probably watch a scary movie in the dark with lots of candles lit.

My God time sure does fly by. I was talking to my sister earlier today and she asked if I recalled something that happened not too long ago. I was thinking sure…I remember that, it was like 2 months ago. Well turns out it happened back in May. I couldn’t believe it! May was 6 months ago! Honest to goodness I really thought the incident happened 2 months ago.
What the hell have I been doing for the last 4 months? It’s like the last 4 months haven’t existed or is it that I haven’t existed the last 4 months? Any which way, it was a shocking moment in my existence today. The last 4 months have been a bit of a blur ever since I went back to work after my surgery. Guess I am still working on the whole life and work balance thing. It was definitely a reminder to live each moment of each day to the full!
I am on holiday right now and having a nice time. The apartment is nice and clean and I have been enjoying my time in it. Nothing like a really clean place with candles lit…oh and a glass of red wine….oh and a wonderful husband to share it with.

Wow!! The first real change to my site has happened. This is so exciting and has only taken me 5 months to realize. But I finally thought the site could use a new look. I absolutely love the original look but wanted something different to offer myself and everyone out there. Hope everyone likes the Halloween theme. If you don’t, I really could care less…..wait that is not true….I do care and thanks to the coolest guy ever, if you don’t like the Halloween theme all you have to do is click a button and the look of the site changes! Now, you can choose the look that suits you best. Thanks for all your help today Eban, I couldn’t have done it without you! You are too good to me!
